Privacy
Plain version: we collect what you give us in the contact form, store it in our contact log, and use it to contact you about Groundskeeper. We use basic analytics to understand which pages people read. We don't sell anything. Email security@groundskeeperpm.com any time and we'll delete your information.
What this covers
This page describes how the Groundskeeper marketing website (groundskeeperpm.com) collects and handles information. The Groundskeeper application itself (app.groundskeeperpm.com), once generally available, will have its own product privacy notice and a data processing addendum for paying customers. This page does not cover that.
What we collect
From you, when you submit the contact form:
- Your name
- Your work email
- Your firm name (optional)
- A short note about your practice (optional)
Automatically, when you load the site:
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) — IP address, user agent, referring URL, request time. Used for security and reliability.
- Basic web analytics via Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, approximate location (city-level from IP), device and browser type, referring source, and aggregated session data. GA4 sets cookies (typically
_gaand_ga_*) to recognize returning sessions. We use this to understand which content is useful, not to build advertising profiles. - A Cloudflare Turnstile challenge token (anti-bot verification on the form). Cloudflare may set cookies as part of this challenge. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or cross-site behavioral profiling on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry
- To stay in touch with you about Groundskeeper, including product updates and pricing
- To understand which pages and topics resonate, so we can improve the site
- To debug, secure, and operate the site
Where it lives and who processes it
We use a small set of vendors ("service providers") to operate this site. We rely on their security and privacy practices for the data they hold on our behalf, and we do not export your information to any other system.

We do not host this data outside of these vendors.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only for: (a) the Cloudflare Turnstile bot-check on the form, and (b) Google Analytics session measurement (_ga, _ga_*). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't build advertising profiles.
Because this site is intended for US visitors and uses only these limited anti-bot and analytics cookies, we don't show a cookie-consent banner. You can opt out of analytics at any time with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's tracking-protection settings.
Who sees it
Only people working on Groundskeeper at Groundskeeper PM. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for the purpose collected — whichever comes first.
- Analytics data: retained by Google for the default GA4 retention period (currently 14 months) and then automatically deleted.
- Server logs: retained by Vercel per their standard retention policy.
We will reassess retention when the paid plan launches and update this page.

- See what information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop hearing from us
We honor these requests for everyone as a matter of practice, and we'll respond within a week.
This site is operated from the United States by Groundskeeper PM, and is intended for US-based firms evaluating Groundskeeper — we don't target or market it to people in the EU or UK. If you're covered by formal data-protection rights (for example California, Colorado, or other US states), the same email is the way to exercise them, and we'll honor valid requests. If you're in the EU or UK, email us as well and we'll honor your request as a courtesy.
Children
This site is intended for professionals evaluating Groundskeeper for their firms. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Form submissions travel over TLS. Access to the contact log is limited to people working on Groundskeeper at Groundskeeper PM and is protected by per-vendor authentication (SSO where available, MFA otherwise). For how we protect data inside the product, see our security overview.
Changes
If we change this notice in any meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, email people who have submitted requests.
