Really. Internal team, client team, sponsors, advisors, regulators — anyone you give access to is included. We think pricing should make adding the right people the cheapest path to project health, not the most expensive.

You’ll get a heads-up notification well before you hit the cap. From there you can either upgrade to the next tier (we’ll prorate) or buy a one-time top-up — 1,000 credits for $30, 2,500 for $75, or 5,000 for $150. Purchased credits never expire: they sit in your account, and Willie draws on them once the month’s allowance is used up. Your monthly allowance itself resets each month — unused credits don’t roll over. If you’re topping up most months, upgrading a tier gives you more credits and more active projects for less than the top-ups cost. Nothing auto-charges, and Willie keeps working on the things that don’t require her credits — the surface stays usable.

They’re built for larger and regulated firms and add the things compliance and security teams ask for: SOC 2, isolated single-tenant environments, SSO/SCIM, audit logs, firm-wide insights, and cross-project Willie. Pricing is by conversation, anchored to the value — typically a fraction of the part-time PM headcount we replace. Annual on Firm and Studio saves you two months — $1,500 vs. $1,800 on Firm; $3,000 vs. $3,600 on Studio. Solo is monthly only because it’s designed as a lower-friction starting point.

Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately, so you get the higher credit allowance for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — your data, projects, and history all stay intact.

A workspace is a separate slice of your firm — its own methodology playbook, its own internal team, its own projects, its own memory layer. Most firms don’t need more than one. You need a workspace when you run distinct project types (say, M&A engagements and operational reviews) where the playbook, team, and institutional memory shouldn’t cross-pollinate. Available as an add-on on any tier.

SSO and SCIM are part of our Business and Enterprise plans for larger and regulated firms, alongside SOC 2, isolated environments, and audit logs.
