This page covers the marketing site and the early-access program. Once Groundskeeper has a paid plan and a signed customer agreement, that contract — not this page — will govern paid use of the product.
About this site
Groundskeeper (groundskeeperpm.com) is operated by TC Advisory. The site provides information about the Groundskeeper product and lets you request early access. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.
Early access
Submitting the early-access form is a request, not a guarantee of access. We review requests and respond when we have capacity to onboard the next participant — typically within a week. We may decline any request without giving a reason.
If we grant you access:
- Early access is currently free. We may charge for the product in the future; if we do, we'll give you reasonable notice and the option to continue or stop.
- The product is in active development. Things can change, break, or temporarily disappear without notice. We try to avoid that, but during beta it happens.
- You're trusting beta software with real client work. Please don't put information into Groundskeeper that you couldn't afford to lose. Keep your own backups of source documents.
- Your feedback is welcome and may shape the product. We don't owe you compensation for ideas you share with us, and you don't owe us anything beyond honest feedback.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or the product to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
- Send spam, malware, or anything similar
- Probe, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site or service
- Misrepresent who you are or who you're working for
Your content
Anything you submit through the early-access form, or anything you upload into Groundskeeper during early access, remains yours. By giving it to us, you grant us permission to process it for the purposes of running the service and responding to your request. We won't use your content to market other products to you and won't share it with third parties for their purposes.
Intellectual property
The Groundskeeper name, the Willie character, the site design, and the underlying software are the property of TC Advisory. You don't get a license to copy or redistribute them by visiting this site.
No warranty
We provide this site and the early-access product "as is." We don't promise that the site will always be available, that the product will work flawlessly, or that any specific result will follow from using either. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TC Advisory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the early-access product. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during early access is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for early-access participants, email a heads-up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where TC Advisory is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
